Cindy Westphalen launched Cindy’s Classic Gourmet in Adelaide in 1987.

Being both the owner and managing director of the business, Cindy has used her creativity, motivational skills and personal ambition to secure Cindy’s Classic Gourmet as one of the most well-known and respected catering and wedding planning businesses in South Australia.

Cindy’s Classic Gourmet has a reputation in Adelaide for dedicated and intuitive wedding planning and catering services.

However, Cindy’s also caters for Adelaide’s political, sporting, tourism and service communities.

Cindy’s Classic Gourmet has catered to the Premier of South Australia and the Lord Mayor, has welcomed Commonwealth Games athletes and even catered for the Prime Minister of Australia.

The team at Cindy’s Classic Gourmet continue to develop their skills and reputation as premier Adelaide caters, and work with clients across South Australia to plan and cater to special celebrations, private gatherings and corporate events.

For weddings, Cindy takes a hands-on approach to her catering business and caring for her brides (and grooms!)—from your first enquiry to your final farewell you’ll benefit from Cindy’s work ethic and attention to detail, which will remove the stress out of the event that you’re planning and allow you to really get excited!

As well as running her own catering business, Cindy has raised her family and worked as a lecturer and motivational speaker. In 2016, she and her family purchased and renovated the historic Woodburn Homestead, located in Langhorne Creek.

At the homestead, Cindy believes in a cooperative approach to wedding tourism and works with local producers, tourist operators and accommodation providers to ensure an amazing wedding experience. Cindy’s Classic Gourmet is the exclusive caterer for this venue.
